THE ROLE OF THE INCUBATOR
The aim is to foster the creation and development of start-ups with a high growth and employment potential. This infrastructure will welcome any entrepreneur wishing to validate his project before directly settling his own company in a particularly favourable environment.
For many start-ups, the first step is hard to take and it costs a lot. To answer this challenge, Grand Girac incubator offers low-cost premises with a common service space such as secretariat, fax... as well as consulting via the Incubator managing company: Interfaces.
Animated by a multidisciplinary team with complementary skills, the Incubator provides the entrepreneurs with global assistance and a complete range of support from detection to development and project preparation, financial construction, access to financing, training, starting-up.
1. You are a project bearer
Following an application file and an interview, the team selects the project bearers who will be assisted by Grand Girac Incubator for your business plan development and project finalisation.
2. You are an entrepreneur
Following an application form and an interview, Grand Girac Incubator director carries out a pre-selection; the file is then agreed by a selection committee of ComAGA representatives plus technical and economic experts.
The maximum occupancy period is 48 months; the available space is divided as such:
- Common space surface = 250 m² for services
- Ultra modern and safe premises with a possible individual connection to telephone and electricity networks
- Attractive, progressive and adapted prices for start-ups
Mutual services mean an attractive offer in terms of prices:
• Collective animation: regular thematic breakfasts; debate meetings

• Equipped conference room with a capacity of up to 60 people
